FAQ

How to score?

I do not take orders or conduct sales through e-mails or DMs.

Most of what I make is produced in small batches. This keeps the finish combinations unique and enjoyable for me to create. The fairest way to distribute these pieces of art is through a lottery system for the opportunity to purchase. These “lottos” are hosted in the Facebook group. (link below)

Now and then I will do a website drop here. Be sure to sign up for email notifications and follow along on Instagram and Facebook with post notifications turned ON so you don’t miss a thing!

Do you exhibit at knife shows?

YES! I love knife shows and EDC conventions. While I sometimes attend as a collector, I also exhibit. Those events will be announced on social media and through email newsletters.

Can I cancel or return?

All sales are final. I do not offer cancellations or refunds. However, I do accept returns within 14 days of purchase (excluding shipping) for store credit, which may be used on a future drop or toward any in-stock items.

I personally hand-finish every piece — in the extremely unlikely chance you happen to receive a defective product, I will resolve the issue immediately and cover all related shipping costs.

Made in USA?

Yes, every piece and component is made in the USA, including all titanium and steel, which are also sourced domestically. I meticulously finish everything in-house and will not sell anything I am not 100% proud of.

TSA Friendly?

Within the USA a lot of collectors — myself included — have flown all over the country carrying an Impact or Deadbolt without any issues. Screwdrivers under 7 inches are generally allowed, while tools with sharp edges may be denied. I’ve personally shown agents that it won’t cut skin and that it’s just a fancy flathead screwdriver/cuticle pusher with a bottle opener and that has worked every time.

That being said, it will ultimately come down to the TSA agent and their discretion.  I am not responsible for anything confiscated.

Warranty or spa service?

I am happy to fix, repair, regrind to the best of my ability or even change up anodizing or finishes for a $50 flat fee, this also includes priority shipping back to you. Please direct request or concerns to PhoenixToolWorks@gmail.com
